In a garden timeless with beauty, a delicate rose grew in wisdom, vision and light.

Like all life, her pure potential was as powerful as the kingdom from whence she came;

yet she wasted this not on herself nor  did she dwell on the beauty she possessed.

Her focus was the needy – the frail and failing who were her family under the same sun.

With vigilant care, the scent of her fragrance spread effortlessly to each that she attended,

patiently waiting until all flowers flourished in the generosity of her love.

Soon her own beauty would fade to the destiny of life,

but the garden she cared, now adorned in the spirit of her giving,

would continue to bless the young to come and teach them the secret of love ever after.
